Blow Dry Policy

All color services receive a complimentary blow-out.  Please inform us if you'd like to book additional time for flatiron or curling iron work. These services may be added for $25.

Appointments

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation..

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, and the following credit cards:
American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa

    Single Process Policy
Please note: a single process service does not include an additional glaze. If you wish to add-on a glaze to your single process, please let us know and it will be applied for an additional fee of $25.


    Cancellation and No Show Policy
Appointments that are rescheduled on the same day of the appointment will be charged 25% of the service price.  Appointments that are cancelled in less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price.  No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.  If your arrival is so late that your appointment  needs to be rescheduled, you will be charged 25% of the service price.  To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call 415 447 0773.

Gratuities

Tips are customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients.
