Blow Dry Policy

All color services include a complimentary finishing blow-dry to your natural texture. A full professional blow-dry can be added to your color service for an additional $25 and up. Flatiron work or curling iron work can be added to any blow-dry service for an additional $25. Please inform us if you'd like to add any of these services to ensure your appointment is booked accordingly.

Appointments

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. All appointments receive e-mail confirmations 48 hours in advance. If you have not received an email, please call in to the studio to confirm your appointment.

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, and the following credit cards:
American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa

While we gladly accept these credit/debit cards, cash tips are greatly appreciated.

    Single Process Policy
Please note: a single process service does not include an additional glaze. If you wish to add-on a glaze to your single process, please let us know and it will be applied for an additional fee of $25.


    Cancellation & Late/No-Show Policy
Our time is reserved for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Notifications received within 24-hours of appointments are considered last-minute, and as such, are charged 50% of the original service price.

In addition, if your arrival is so late that your appointment needs to be rescheduled, you will be charged 25% of the original service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the original service price.

Gratuities

Tips are customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. While we gladly accept credit/debit cards, cash tips are greatly appreciated.
